Pool Sessions are suitable for everyone, are now at Sweyne Park School, Rayleigh SS6 9BZ. No experience or equipment is required, just bring your swimming things. Organised as 2 45min sessions 8-845 mainly for coaching, 845-9.30 mainly free form
Flat Water Paddles are usually day trips, suitable for anyone with a wide variety of craft and basic equipment such as a buoyancy aid and windproof jacket. Equipment can often be borrowed by arrangement.
Whitewater Trips are where we go away for the weekend and paddle moving water. Some prior experience is recommended and as such you probably already know you need a buoyancy aid and helmet and various other items.
Of course, progression among the different activities is encouraged. If you are not sure please ask.
